What is relational wisdom?

The vast majority of people who serve God at some point understood the importance of obtaining some formal study in theology and attended a Bible school, seminary, or university. However, I have observed over the years the vast lack of training in interpersonal dynamics. This creates a gap between knowing the message of God's word and knowing how to communicate it through relational wisdom.

Relational wisdom is a fundamental skill that serves as a conduit or platform from which we bear witness to God's love. This means that apart from having the plan of salvation memorized and the strategies to communicate it verbally, it is vital to know how to relate to people and thus demonstrate the truth with my life. The skill of relational wisdom is essential for Christian leaders as it is key to expanding influence and increasing the quality of their ministry.

My hope through literature, conversations and reflections on Conversar, is to bridge this gap so that our interactions are intentional, our reach into people's hearts is deeper, the relationship with our family members flourishes, and our own life is relieved from the unnecessary stress of interpersonal problems.
